Conveniently close to Emo's and easy to get to after the concert. Staff was very nice and friendly. The room smelled like rotten fish, but we were so tired we fell asleep anyway. Excellent water pressure is always a plus!

I complained about the lack of hot water and the dripping and was not offered a refund or an apology. Will never stay again - one star is too good!

Disliked: The build was banged up, the room had mold everywhere and what looked to be chewed on furniture. The whole place was disgusting and stunk. I ended up booking somewhere else.

Stayed a while back and...

Liked: Pretty good location with access to I-35. Little areas around property where I could walk my dog and not be on side of I-35 so that’s a definite plus for those who travel with our 4 legged kiddos
Disliked: Some broken glass and other somewhat dangerous debris on edges of property, honestly you would never know it unless you were walking your dog

Bad location, dirty bathrooms, overpriced.

Liked: There was not really anything good about this place other than it was close to where I needed to be the following morning. The traffic and surrounding area is a mess with construction everywhere.
Disliked: This place was about the equivalent of a $30/night motel. I didn't see any bugs, but that was about the only positive thing I can say in the way of cleanliness. The grout in the bathroom was disgusting and black, the floor felt dirty and smelled moldy, and the bed was like throwing a few sheets over a pile of steel scraps. The shower gross and had low water pressure. On top of the room being just generally gross, the walls were PAPER THIN. I felt every shift, step, squeak, and movement of the person above me. I felt bad because I know they were just bearing through that place as much as I was so no fault of theirs, but it made getting to sleep difficult. This wouldn't be a bad stay if it was dirt cheap, but unfortunately it was around normal hotel price with 1/5th of the quality of a normal hotel.
