Disliked: Staff was very rude they told us we would get a refund through booking about the room then told us we can not get a refund for the room. The rooms smell horrible as if an animal lived there for months there was bugs on the ceiling and stained sheets. You can tell they don’t have a good cleaning crew. DONT STAY HERE the room is not what it seems and they will not give you a refund for there terrible rooms.

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: Staff was extremely rude. We were made to switch rooms three times. We walked into our room the cleaning staff told us go back to the lobby it wasn't ready. Went back down for another room. Went to the new room. It was dirty microwave plate in bathroom sink, stains on the bed. Got a third room. Drawings on the bathroom door. Stains on the one bed. Bug In the shower. We stayed 2 days the room was never cleaned. For Almost 200 I do not recommend. Staff was so rude. Do not stay here.

You get what you paid...

Liked: The property was close to the venue for a nearby concert and had a lot of places like restaurants near by for dinner/breakfast. Staff were nice and helped with anything we needed.
Disliked: There were stains all over the room from previous guests like food and blood, on the walls and door. The bed was solid - sleep-able but not the best. And when we took a shower, the bathtub did not drain and it leaked everywhere!!!! Housekeeping missed a lot and you can tell it’s been awhile since certain areas have been cleaned. And unfortunately a lot of guests aren’t the quietest and it sounds as if they’re right at your door sometimes.

GREAT VALUE AND STAY!

Liked: Extremely comfortable beds, and we had a room on the backside of the inn, which was blissfully quiet and peaceful. The amenities were very adequate, and the ability to check-in after midnight due to all the construction during our travels was a big relief. We also liked the fact that our furry babies were welcome with NO EXTRA FEE!!!
Disliked: The elevator we needed to use due to my husband using a cane had a really beat up floor and smelled a little like animal pee; however, when a lot of people use it with their pets we know not everyone cleans up after them like they should, so its understandable.
