Disappointing

Liked: We missed Breakfast as we were given the wrong time, but the staff on duty left out some dry cereal for us and some muffins which was nice of him. Also we were offered different options as to our request for special needs access. I also liked that the location was close to the freeway
Disliked: We were told the wrong timing for Breakfast by the manager and so we missed it. Also I found the manager to be a bit rude, we were trying to settle in the evening and he wasn't very friendly. We were in a non smoking room but the sheets smelled like old cigarettes. At our check-out time someone came to knock on the door to start clearing the room as we were loading the car, rushing us out.....

Liked: The location is convenient right off the highway. It’s clean the property has been recently updated. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Parking is convenient and easy lots of space.
Disliked: NA

Disliked: We did not eat breakfast because someone had been smoking in the area; it could have been staff people.
