Liked: The young lady at the desk and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Based on other reviews, I was expecting problems in this category. But they truly exceeded my expectations. The room was nice enough, but could have been cleaner. The breakfast was acceptable.
Disliked: The room was reasonably clean but could have been cleaner. Otherwise, everything was ok. Location was good but was adjacent to a run-down hotel. Not their fault. Rate was a little high, but not outrageous.

Liked: Breakfast was meager at best and some items ran out each morning. Location was as expected.
Disliked: HVAC unit in the room was very noisy! Clerk at check in could not activate my room card and.needed to call someone for help. Checkin took almost 15 minutes.
