Liked: comfortable bed
Disliked: wasn't in the room we had booked.. not happy with that at all had to pay $4 and some change when we got there and all of it was payed by credit card before hand. we asked for towels at night and they lady wouldnt give us any we had to ask in morning to get some.. very unprofessional for the towels and not having us in correct room..

Liked: Always stay with Redroof inn. Because we have dogs.
Disliked: The floors of the rooms are filthy. Live cockroachs in room. Bathroom smells like an out house. No coffee pots in rooms. And no coffee in office/lounge area. A/C blocked by the bed.

I regret staying there

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: Almost everything. The mattresses were old and saggy; the hot water ran out quickly; there was no room service, some of the staff were rude and unhelpful; and when I asked for fresh towels, I was instructed to bring the old towels down to the lobby where they would 'swap them out'. I don't work at the hotel--I was there as a guest, and shouldn't have to be acting as the maid to receive clean towels! The location was not quiet, and we were disturbed several times in the nights. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
