Nice hotel for the cost

Liked: I liked the accessibility of getting to other venues for the Gem and Bead Show.
Disliked: Being on the back side of the hotel and the highway and freight train noise.Didn't like that I had to ask to get new sheets and towels. My room wasn't cleaned daily during my stay of seven days.

A relaxing and convenient stay...

Liked: The room was comfortable and easy to load into and out of. Very clean. Simple, nice design and color scheme. The window covering was effective and easy to use. The staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. The in-room appliances and TV worked fine. It was a relaxing and convenient stay. We booked because of the pet-friendly policy but didn't end up needing to bring our dog after all.
Disliked: The positioning of the second bed was too close to the wall. The lighting in the room was a little dim.

Liked: It was a convenient location for my work trip
Disliked: It definitely needs better upkeep. The deadbolt lock didn’t work. The iron and ironing board fell off the wall where they were hanging. The hair dryer was coming loose from its wall holder. It wasn’t properly cleaned, with hair in the corner by the shower and other stuff on the floor around the room. It needed a proper vacuum cleaning. Also the hand lotion container was empty. No one came in to change the towels or straight in the room during the day, over a three day stay.
