Liked: There were areas of messy or incomplete construction repairs. Bed not real comfortable. Manager let us in an hour early, all in all was good but expected better

Hotel served its purpose

Liked: Room was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is in a convenient location right off I 10. Room was comfortable.
Disliked: The listing on booking.com says that the hotel provides breakfast, but they don't. They are misleading customers by not being truthful about not providing breakfast.

Liked: It looked nice
Disliked: The bed was so uncomfortable. Springs in your back felt like your were going to roll out of bed .

Disliked: It had something sticky on the floor, and the bin was so hard, and the pillows were so thin that I honestly had to sleep sitting up half of the night because my body was in so much pain from the bed

Liked: Staff was super nice, it was clean and comfy bed. Just pillows were alright. But overall great value and comfortable sleep and most important clean!

Worst night’s (no) sleep ever.

Liked: The gal at the desk was nice.
Disliked: The bed was so uncomfortable. It felt like I was sleeping on a boxspring, not a mattress. It’s not hyperbole. Worst night of sleep ever. Also, you can hear everything in every room on either side and above, including what sounded like a mouse in the ceiling. Rm 121
