Disliked: How loud the other guests were. I had a guest outside my room yelling on the phone for an hour at 12:30 in the morning

Liked: There were alive and dead cocaroaches everywhere. I asked for a refund and they said they could move my room. The fumes from the bug spray irritated my lungs and I just wanted to leave. I tried on this website to get my money back and I still haven't received a message back. I did not stay in this hotel. How do I get my money back from this horrible experience that I was charged for and couldn't use?

Disliked: EverythingThere was only one towel in the room.They did not give is the Wifi password.There were cockroaches in the bathroom.No towels around the sink, one small towel in the shower.The hallway and the elevator are disgusting.The whole place is dirty, I was surprised it is even allowed to operate as a business.
