Pleasant

Liked: Room was clean but saw a roach my second day and ended up going to another hotel.
Disliked: Roaches, there were sketchy people and homeless living along the fence line

They did not change the...

Liked: Location was convenient. Close to the hospital.
Disliked: I requested a room with a shower. My mother is in a wheelchair. She's disabled.
