Never will I stay there again! I normally enjoy staying at a Red Roof, but this one was atrocious!

Liked: Worse experience at a Red Roof! However, the front desk people were very nice.
Disliked: Everything! Dirty room; unkept grounds; poor housekeeping in getting needed items; full review on the Red Roof site.

Very poor

I was cold, scared and...

Liked: I found it ok.
Disliked: The front desk service was lacking. She had a phone either watching TV or talking with someone as I was checking in.The door to the room was stuck and I had to smash my shoulder into it to open.The room was damp.There were no tissues. The room as extremely dim. The overhead light is useless.There were people hollering and running outside my door. In the middle of the night I woke up to people hollering and running. I was scared for my car i.e. vandalism or break in.The property is generally run down and I won't be back. I have stayed at other Red Roof's and they were fine but not this one.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and polite.
Disliked: Just a few fixes here and there. My cats did kill a roach, just flushed the dead roach. Even a fresh coat of paint inside and out.

Won't be staying again

Liked: The room was okay it was fairly clean
Disliked: Location was horrible I wasn't comfortable at all nervous about the iffy people hanging around the place just didn't feel safe. The bathroom door didn't close it was broke looked like someone had kicked it in. Beds were so hard it hurt literally so ofcorse we didn't sleep well and seeing as we had 10 hours of driving the next day we left more tired then we were when we got to the location. The people around the hotel were loud yelling and screaming.
