Personally I think it should...

Liked: The breakfast was very disappointing. I believe that was very misleading in the advertising.
Disliked: There was no fan in the bathroom. There were no carts to carry luggage.

Exceptional

Ok for the basics, but...

Liked: Clean room upon arrival. Laminate flooring. Yummy breakfast muffins.
Disliked: Our room was clean when we arrived, but I was not impressed with housekeeping during the stay. We had the privacy sign off the door all day on day, 3, and still had to request housekeeping for fresh towels and emptying of the trash can. When housekeeping did come in (on day 4 after I requested housekeeping at the front desk), they didn't give us fresh plastic cups or leave extra toilet paper, (We had used and thrown away the old cups and were almost out of toilet paper.) Also, the guest 2 doors down from us had a little "campfire" going on the sidewalk outside his room one evening. When we opened our door, smoke came into our room, which was not good for my daughter's asthma.

Liked: Our room was nice, very clean. The room looked newly renovated. Beds were very comfortable. AC worked well. We really enjoyed the firepit area.
Disliked: The bathroom is very small. If you need privacy to get dressed, there really is no room in there to do so.A young man, (assuming he was staff) was a little disgruntled, probably could have waited until we left to finish his venting, and disturbing, loud belching, was not pleasant. We did not eat breakfast, but leaving drinks locked up in view, stating that they are not available after 10 a.m. (and they had been locked up since at least 7) was kind of rude. All I wanted was a bottled water for the road.A complimentary drink would not have hurt anyone. Except, now that simple lack of courtesy made it a negative comment.

Horrible!!!!!

Liked: First room we were given had been robbed! All the bed were flipped over the tv was gone and the fridge was upside down in the floor. The second room smelled like a musty smell with a dehumidifier running in it. We left for a few hours and come back to the room full of weed smoke. The people next to us were smoking pot and it all got sucked in through the vent. So we got the third room and the people next door hat 7 pit bulls and I believed they lived there. It was a horrible stay.
