Booking.com and red roof inn...

Liked: I guess I liked the TV
Disliked: I didn't like how I was told I would receive a full refund from the hotel but every time I call Booking or the hotel to get it sorted nothing ever happens. I feel like I've been robbed quite frankly.

Needs updating nicer staff

Liked: Room wasn’t what we reserved
Disliked: Sheets had holes beds felt insecure the grounds were dirty trash in mostly drained pool holes in walls no elevators

Disliked: That is was clean

Did not enjoy it

Disliked: Had overbooked had to get another room plus had cockroach

Disliked: the breakfast was made of toast no jelly yogurt. they had waffles but I don't like waffles. so don't go in there thinking you will be having a nice breakfast

Liked: The shower was nice and the bed slept well.
Disliked: The lady at the front desk was walking around with no shoes on and they were always outside so you had to go look for someone if you needed saomething.
