Very good

Passable

Liked: Price was fair; close to dining, ball fields, etc.
Disliked: There was a smell in the room like it had been changed from a smoking room to a non-smoking room. Bought air freshners and turned on the air to let it air out but when I returned it was the same smell.

Disliked: The shower head needs changing but other than that it’s not that bad

Disliked: Roaches!!!!!!!!!!!, broken door/frame, cheap paint, but the bugs were the absolutely the worst

Liked: The hotel needs updates. The beds are very very uncomfortable my back was killing me the next day so was my partners.
