Liked: The lady at the front desk she was cool, Check the hot tub right away when booking, staff should check & let the customer know that is out of order. To spend $250 for 1 night on a room that you paid for & the one thing I was looking forward to most isn’t working. I could had booked a regular room for half the price for a non spa tub if I had just wanted a just a room for the night. My birthday plans was ruin I don’t think I would stay here in a million lifetime
Disliked: The fact I waited for 4 hours to find out the maintenance man not coming back until Monday morning , it’s after 3pm on a Saturday when I found out the jets on the spa tub isn’t working. I waited & waited & waited for the owner to tell the lady at the front desk maintenance man is it coming back until Monday morning
