Disliked: Dirty, unprofessional and unfriendly staff, rooms were too much money, they kept the deposit in order to make even more money from the room because I always leave my room as I find it and if anything they owe me money for me staying there considering the state of the room when I got there.

Liked: Roaches in the room
Disliked: Roaches all over the room

Disliked: Messy, dirty, dingy, and yet they kept my deposit and could never answer as to why?

I didn’t like the facility...

Liked: It was located near the Naval base
Disliked: I woke up to use the bathroom and there were roaches crawling on the floor and bed side table

Disappointing

Don’t waste your money… HORRIBLE...

Liked: Nothing, only stayed because it was late and tired.
Disliked: The first room was nasty, there was a razor blade and white powder residue on the counter. Moved to another room, shower did not work and tv screen was 1/2 blackout ... was to move to room next door and that shower did not work. Finally, moved to third room, shower working, TV had no remote and a/c stopped cooling in the middle of the night. The pool was closed to failing Health Department inspection. The shrubs were very overgrown, couldn’t walk on sidewalk.**** Save your money and go somewhere else!!!!***

Disliked: TONS OF ROACHES!!!!!!!!! IN THE DAMN BATHROOM, IN THE DAMN SHOWER. Brought back food from dinner. By midnight was covered with ROACHES!!!!!!

Liked: check room that cannot work, last huéspede removed smoke detectors and the smell in the room was horrible Clean the carpet hallway

Disliked: There was an unpleasant smell at the reception upon entering.The carpets in the corridors are all dirty and there is trash scattered around, they haven't been cleaned for a month.Used bed linen lay on the floor near the rooms.Cockroaches were seen in the room.The walls were scratched, the handles were broken, the curtains wouldn't open, the refrigerator was probably taken from the street for free.I'm only writing this because the price was $100+ when for that price we would have been staying in fancy hotels for the whole week.
