Liked: We liked that it had 3 beds altogether in 1 room.
Disliked: The whole hotel was very dirty. There were no towels in the pool area. The hairdryer in our room was broken.

Disappointing

Liked: The Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: My bed had a spring coming through the mattress in the king suite. The ac/heater did not turn on, and I called the front desk about it. We were there for a weekend and it was freezing. The toilet clogged every time it was used. I had to go buy a plunger myself while we were there.

Disliked: Noisey toilet didn't flush Didn't get the room we booked through booking.comBooked a king suite accessible but when we checked in we were told it was over booked and we were put into a queen standard accessible room instead of the king suite

Liked: Room was very clean. Pool was amazingly warm and family enjoyed it. I love the location!! When house keeping made our beds they placed my sons stuffed animal on the bed too!!
Disliked: The pillows we had were not very comfortable.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: We had a room with a jacuzzi tub and when you got out the floor was slippery (after stepping on a towel etc) and the bed felt like it needs replaced but my husband and I love this hotel as its always clean and staff is always friendly!
