Comfy but not very clean

Liked: Quiet, room, comfy bed
Disliked: The comforter and duvet cover clearly had not been washed, I can deal with some sub-par things in budget hotels, but more than a stain, they STUUUNNNK like a 2 day sweaty gym bag. Super gross. I asked for replacement and got it. The room in general wasn't cleaned very well anywhere else either. The toilet had gross stuff on it that I cleaned off myself, and the corners of all the walls in and put of the room were fuzzy with lint and debris.

Liked: We liked that the room was clean and location had easy access to the beaches and restaurants in Newport. We also liked that it was hard wood floor instead of carpets.
Disliked: The carpet on the hallway had dog poop and you can hear people talking within the next room and TV. Not very sound proof at all.
