Stay was somewhat pleasant, until...
Liked: I like that the room was nice and spacious. The front desk did a good job of checking us in.
Disliked: After being in the room my elderly mother was cold, I turned heat on. Only cool air came out, I complained to front desk spoke to young lady named Jordan. She came to inspect suggested I leave heater on for an extended period of time, I did nothing came out but cool air. turned heater off. Then 2:00 am a car crash and knock air conditioner unit just about through the wall, we were able to see outside. They gave us a discount on the room, but not enough.

Great value, comfortable and clean
Liked: Nice drive to West Point. Easy, nothing overly fancy but comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Toilet ran if you didn’t jiggle the handle.

Great location and a good...
Liked: Clean and nice bed. Kind staff. Good location if you want to dine. Convenient location by the highway if you need a good night of sleep. Gorgeous view of the lake.
Disliked: No coffee machine in the room.
