Broken elevator. Put dog on...

Liked: Decent facility. Appeared well kept.
Disliked: Staff unhelpful..... Request for first floor both by reservation request and phone call went ignored. Arrived and was put on 4th floor and informed "the elevators are broken" do had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs to get to room and to take dog out. Ridiculous for a 65 year old man with arthritis and his 12 year old Labrador.

Don’t stay INN
