Disliked: The toilet seat was loose an looked like it was scratched or dug into in one spot an it looked like a urine stain I tried to wipe it off didn’t come off that’s when I felt the small hole .

Liked: I got the Jacuzzi suite with the king bed. The top was just what I needed, and the room was perfectly clean. The receptionist was super sweet and there was no problem giving me a late check out.
Disliked: There wasn’t a telephone, but that didn’t really bother me

Disliked: Super loud partying til at least 3 am. I always travel with earplugs and a white noise machine, so I did fall asleep in time. Room was (almost finished with a remodel) clean, mattresses were good. There were no pillow slips, only the zipper protector, that gave me the willies. No blanket of any type, only a top sheet and sheet-thin top “cover”. In October, I kept waking up cold, even with heat on. Also, shower water was warm enough to stand it, but not comfortable. The brand new shower head looked good, but the handheld didn’t turn on, the rain head didn’t have enough pressure to rinse, had to rinse hair under tub faucet. All in all, not terrible, but, this place is definitely older, and the pillow/ blanket situation was the worst part.
