While a notch better than...

Liked: Inexpensive for a sleep and a shower. Our pup was allowed. The front desk man was friendly, courteous and helpful. Parking was plentiful. Dog walk with bags was available.
Disliked: No breakfast. Heat/AC fan was so noisy we had to turn it off while we slept. Bed was not especially comfortable - not awful, but it felt old. Bed linens and towels were low quality.

Liked: Inside doors, clean, good parking
Disliked: Pool was nice but not heated enough, only two towels in the room, no shampoo

Liked: Overall, the hotel wasn't too bad.
Disliked: I saw a roach in the bathroom.
