Liked: Room was okay.
Disliked: The strong smell in the hallways. Also overpriced for the quality and comfort you get.

The stay was good for...

Liked: The area was great. Right off the interstate, lots of food choices and safe area. The staff was nice and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean.
Disliked: As soon as we reached the hallway there was a putrid smell. Bad enough we had to hold our breath when we returned to the hallway.

Poor

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The room was disgusting. Hair and dust on the lamps, tables, curtains and air conditioner. The floor had all kind of debris and hair on it. The only thing that was clean was the bed (which were grateful). My husband and I stuck with it and give it chance because everywhere else was sold out due to a Vols game this weekend, but we will NEVER book this hotel again when visiting Knoxville.

Hot water in the bathroom...

Liked: Location was good, price was OK
Disliked: There is no hot water in the sink and there was a desk chair that the upholstery was just worn out. We checked in around 5 o’clock I think, but did not actually go in the room for any length of time until nearly 11 o’clock that evening. When we discovered there was no hot water in the sink I wasn’t changing rooms. We just dealt with it not really helping the value for the money.
