Disliked: There were two bugs in the room apon arrival and when waking up but I didn’t mind as much ONLY because it was rainy heavily and I do understand they probably only came to get out of the rain.

Great Staff, Lousy Facilities

Liked: Friendly & helpful staff, efficient check-in. Breakfast looked good, but did not try it.
Disliked: Room left much to be desired. I rented the suite. The telephone did not work at all, there were no remotes for the televisions (2 tvs in the room, 0 remotes so they were both virtually unusable until I attached my own Nintendo to stream with), and there were only two very thin towels provided- for context, I had booked the suite with the spa tub, so there were enough towels for precisely one use of it for the two of us, or a shower. Both the bed and the couch provided were very uncomfortable. There are cracks running through the floor. And you can hear every conversation in any surrounding room, along with doors shutting, other guests walking on the floor above, and vehicles. Not the level of comfort I expect when booking a suite room, and I will not be returning or recommending this hotel to people I know. Very disappointing.

Liked: I stay here a lot it’s affordable since I’m just in and out when visiting my family.
Disliked: Cleaning can be a bit tighten up. I clean my own room due to the fact I’ve worked at a hotel before as front desk and housekeeping. It’s a very lazy quick fix and you can tell, I suggest hiring more middle aged housekeepers!
