Disliked: Black mold in bathroom...No breakfast as advertised...Pool and spa dirty. Looked unattended too .

Liked: They need improvement of the stuff they check in on a room and room was clean nothing had done to the room they was charging $ 10 for the shuttle bus but it never on time I had to take a Uber back to the airport is a nice and big holtel and is in a great location but the service can improvement and the clearing of the room
Disliked: U have to pay 10 for the shuttle bus but it never on time I had to take an Uber back to the airport and stuff checking u into a buty room not even know if the room was clean they check me in a room that was clean and the bed sheet did make up I had to call and request to get another room

Liked: The staffs are friendly and kind.
Disliked: I did not like the smell of the room.I wanted to use the laundry but I could not because I did not have the coins for $5 and the reception does not have the change.

Liked: The location is very good close to Walmart super central and close to 711 that was a good location
Disliked: That u have to pay 10 for the shuttle bus but there wasn't on time I had to take a Uber for work I think after u pay the holtel free shuttle bus shuttle be free and on time and they didn't series brakefast the shuttle bus need to improve so I can reach to work the frist time I take it I almost reach to work late the second time I had to pay 10 for the shuttle bus they wasn't on time so I ask back for my 10 and call a Uber to head to work I know is under new manager know but asking people to pay 10 for the holtel shuttle bus it very wrong to do that a lot a people check in and outta the holtel but asking people to pay 10 for the shuttle but no even 5 he goes 10 that wrong to do

Disliked: The staff didn't attend to us. They didn't clean the room had to ask for towels toilet paper all the time,they sometimes didn't want to give us any..

Cockroach in room

Liked: It was cost to the airport
Disliked: There was a cockroach in our room, no fan in the bathroom, the beds were hard as rocks and the air conditioner barely worked. I never would have stayed there with my family if I had any other choice.
