Liked: comfortable bed
Disliked: me and my friends reserved our rooms about a month ago and selected to pay at the property. The day we were scheduled to check in they took the payment off my card before I even got there. We selected 3 smoking rooms and the staff gave our rooms away with the excuse of they couldn't get us on the phone so they went to the next person. So I had to get a non smoking room and my friends got a room elsewhere. so my friends came to my room to find another place to stay and management stood outside and watched us go to my room. they then called my room to tell me I could only have 2 people in my room because that's what I reserved the room for. I explained that they weren't staying but trying to find somewhere to go. The staff is terrible there.

Disliked: On a busy road that could be noisy at times

Disliked: Bed was very hard, and second morning sign said waffle maker was out of order not much to choose from for breakfast!

Keep Hotels American Owned

Liked: The breakfast was the highlight.
Disliked: The hotel told me they were keeping my $50 deposit cuz my grandson had a potty accident in the sheets that didn't even go thru to the mattress pad. That was the highlight. These idiots raise the prices during the disaster recovery and then charge that for some bleach for the sheets. They do nothing bout barking dogs all night. Just so I could let my grandson get some sleep at 5 am when the dogs finally stopped I went to the lobby and asked if I could just sit and do some paperwork so I wasn't using light in the room. I was told no because of security liability. I am a 52 yr old grandma 👵. Really?? Give American families these hotels and send the nasty India people home. They treat us like dogs.
