Disliked: They sold our reservation for 2 rooms saying that we called to cancel it. The people in the reception had a very bad attitudeI was forced to book there because all the hotels in the city were sold out, but it was a very bad decision

Will be back , hopefully...

Liked: The suite is always nice , to bring in the New Year!
Disliked: The door had a big gap in it!

Disliked: me and my friends reserved our rooms about a month ago and selected to pay at the property. The day we were scheduled to check in they took the payment off my card before I even got there. We selected 3 smoking rooms and the staff gave our rooms away with the excuse of they couldn't get us on the phone so they went to the next person. So I had to get a non smoking room and my friends got a room elsewhere. so my friends came to my room to find another place to stay and management stood outside and watched us go to my room. they then called my room to tell me I could only have 2 people in my room because that's what I reserved the room for. I explained that they weren't staying but trying to find somewhere to go. The staff is terrible there.
