Homeless Camp

Liked: the only positive thing I can say about this whole place was the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: We booked the room online and specifically booked an accessible room with roll in shower, when arriving we were told it was not available. we were then offered an upstairs room which was not feasible. They finally found a room downstairs in which the door handle was broken and the water pressure in the shower was a drip! The air conditioner was not working properly and what air was blowing out kept blowing the curtain up for every homeless vagrant passing by to see into the room. The Waffle House and the Sara's Secret next door had several homeless vagrants frequenting the parking lot so I was not keen on leaving my vehicle unattended overnight as they were seen peaking in windows of the parked cars. On the end of the building there were rooms which apparently truck drivers rent "by the hour" and it kept a steady rush of noise and ruckus all night. We had a two night stay and the room was not cleaned or entered once by staff and when requested new towels were given one and told the staff didn't have access to anymore right then. I would not recommend this hotel if there are ANY other options!

Liked: Easy to find and was clean inside
Disliked: The area was super busy and noisy. There were people standing around outside and in the parking lot

Liked: The bedroom we got assigned had 2 king size beds
Disliked: There were dead roached in the bathroom light fixtures. The front door looked like it was broken into before. There was a trash including a bbq pit outside our door. The toilet stopped working and we had to book another room somewhere else.

Disliked: Cleaning the pool every few weeks, and turning on the filter would be good. Seriously, do you ever clean it? I don't think it would pass inspection by the health department.
