terrible, would never stay again

Liked: the day shift employee with red hair was the only saving grace to this place, otherwise trashrooms clean and decent when you actually get a working shower
Disliked: -had to have room changed 3 times due to not having a working shower-overnight employee said 5-10 min for 4 towels, called back 3x with no update, took 45 minutes came back with 2, stated he can't give another 2 towels (2 female room) -phone didn't work in room-told overnight employee that there were no parking spots in front of room or in lot where room was, he stated go to a lot around the block, my wife has bad knee. employee refused to ask other guests that were parked in 2 spots to move over and told us we had to street park which is not covered by cameras or park around the block-overnight employee gave attitude and said nothing he can do and rolled eyes at guests/shook his head no with head in his hand-switched to Jacuzzi room second night due to problems night before, thought that would be peaceful, turns out water in jacuzzi came out brown when wiping it down it was filthy-banging and running back and forth heard through whole night on the second night waking us up 4x from above, found out in morning that person with child and two 80-100 pound dogs staying in room above

Liked: The properties location was ideal for employment of where I was operating my construction business for the job site
Disliked: When I booked the hotel on the site, it was for a room with a Jacuzzi spa. When I got to the hotel, I was made aware that the Jacuzzi spa was in operable. The manager offered me a 50% discount that he said he would convey through booking and I never received it. Water was literally spilling onto the hotel room floor, and there was some type of organic matter floating around the Jacuzzi tub from inside the internal plumbing. I was appalled.

Liked: Close to downtown, within walking distance
Disliked: The room was ok, the bathroom sink was clogged and it smelled like black mold. The ceiling tiles had stains on them.

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: A few things, the lights that are outside of your room should go off at some point, toilet paper holder kept falling off, the room was cold due to having the floors they have, I asked the front desk for more towels, had to ask a 2nd time, the place just seemed outdated, but where they just covered up things instead of replacing them!!
