Liked: The staff was nice and location to down town was perfect
Disliked: I had cold water for a shower and its a non smoking facility and everytime we turned on the heat or AC, it smelled of cigarettes

Disliked: Property was not in a great area. There was shady people all around room was cleaned but linens were stained.

Liked: We lost total power in first hovel they put us in, and moved us to a decent room!
Disliked: First, we were booked in Room111, which turned out to be the "employee room". What a dump...filthy floor, no desk chair for computer use, empty hole in bathroom ceiling where vent fan should have been, TV on wall didn't work with another TV in front, no microwave. This room should never have been given to a paying guest. Fortunately, for whatever reason, the power in our room went completely out, they couldn't find the fuse box even, and moved us to another room (which was much better) in the middle of the night. No recompense offered for this nightmare stay. Above ratings pertain to first room they checked us in to.
