Disliked: We were bitten by bed bugs and the rooms shown to us were dirty.

Liked: There was nothing enjoyable at this hotel.
Disliked: We stayed 1 night out of 3 that were booked due to safety and cleanliness. Our room door wouldn’t close, we went to the office for assistance and all they did was jiggle and hit the lock into place. There were stains and holes in the wall. The carpet wasn’t cleaned. There was a McDonalds butter cup next to the bed. There was black mold on majority of the shower ceiling. There was someone else’s hair on my “clean” bath towel. We have stayed at a Red Roof before and there was no issues. The pictures and description given is NOT accurate. This place is a dump and NOT safe.

Liked: I like the location.
Disliked: The rooms are not clean. The linen is dirty and the furniture is dirty and worn. The bathrooms are terribly filled with mold in the tub/shower areas. Also, each room is filled cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke. I am a non-smoker, so I am very sensitive to tobacco smoke and marijuana smoke. Also, the police are frequent responding to calls or following someone onto the property. I think there is so level of criminal activity taken place on the property.
