Disliked: I was 1st given a room that wasn't cleaned and beds unmade. They quickly reassigned me to a new room. The new room appeared decent however, none of the outlets worked(so couldn't charge our devices) , the TV remote didn't work and the TV screen was damaged and had about a 1in strip that was black on the right side of the screen. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and the pillows were flat and I would have liked more pillows.

It was the worst hotel...

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: The staff were rude. The room had roaches. The shower did not run properly. The toilet did not flush on its own and also flooded the bathroom when it tried to refill itself after manually having to flush it. The fridge had old sushi in it when we first checked in. The bed linen had awkward crusty stains on the so I had to request new linen and was denied that until after midnight when I was told to meet someone at the laundry room.

Disappointing

Disliked: Black mold in the heat/ac unit vents, black mold in the lid of the ice bucket, water in the floor, found roaches in the ice from the ice machine

Disliked: There was a dirty ring around the tub; I took a shower in my sandles. The floor was nasty; had not been vacuumed.
