Disappointing

Disliked: It’s very rundown, needs to be updated. The mini fridge in our room didn’t work either.

Will not be staying there...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Smoke alarm was gone, Paint peeling off the walls, no lampshades on lamps,cigarette burns on blankets and floor.

Bad

Liked: No breakfast. The guys working could not speak very much English.
Disliked: Dirty -hair on the shower walls.Tub was not clean. Toilet needed work.

Liked: great location on route 66. Close to a great country market. the staff were really pleasant and helpful. My room was clean prepared and ready exactly as I specified in my special request.
Disliked: All was great. Of course people would like amenities of a Hyatt for the price of a Red Roof Inn. I think this is of great value for the price.

Disappointing

Disliked: Internet was annoying to use. Other guests were loud late at night, making it very hard to sleep. I accidentally booked a smoking room but staff didn't offer to put me in a non-smoking room.Shower didn't have any hot water which is awful in the winter. Hotel can be a bit annoying to get to.Room service only came every other day and didn't empty my trash.
