HELL on earth

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Everything! Issues reported 3 times. Told there were no open rooms to be moved to on main floor. Situation became unbearable and a fall hazard to us as condensation covered tile floors, bedding, furnature; everything. Finally moved to room next door at 4 AM. Checked out a day early; Jay said he'd approve refund for 4/17. Booking.com contacted and I wait.Horrible experience as we were there because of a family members imminent death.

Disliked: There was blood on the wall in our room 104. Told staff. No apologies, no questions, no concern, just asked if I wanted my room changed with a smile on his face. Then proceed to go look in the room a few moments later (I took a picture and showed the gentleman at the front desk before he looked in the room), grab the trash bag out of the bathroom and walk out of the room. Only to rent it out to my Daughter and her Boyfriend 30 minutes later. Checked the room still blood on the wall. Had them change their room. And a little while later I had told a 3rd tenant a woman and two teens, that there was blood on the wall in the room they just rented. I showed them the picture and we went into the room and sure enough, the blood was STILL THERE!!! They also requested to have their room changed. On top of all of this, the microwave in that room (104) was completely rusted out, if anyone tries to use it, it will most likely blow up. I unfortunately don't have a picture of the microwave. Also out side the room was a black van that clearly hadnt been moved in a long time with the front bumper hanging down on the drivers side, with Illinois plates that had been there ATLEAST a year because the tags were 4/24. I highly do not recommend this hotel. It was disgusting, and that's being nice. I am speechless.

Overpriced and under satisfied

Liked: The property kept my deposit, for one dirty towel that was used to wipe up water from the floor, I had a jacuzzi suite, the tub was nasty, and there was underwear left in the bathroom hanging on the curtain rod. They charged me 20 extra to check in 30 min early, and kept 40 dollars of Mt deposit for one dirty towel.
Disliked: The staff was rude and there was a child behind the desk , the manager was busy making paper airplanes instead of tending to my concerns.

Disliked: The toilet is falling apart, the bathroom door is ripped apart, the front door has been beat in by something and doesn’t close all the way, the door handle is secure, and the key card only worked about 5% of the time. Had to keep going to the front desk to get it fixed.
