Rude staff, clean room…

Liked: Price, clean room.
Disliked: Staff was extremely rude! One example~When I was checking out the woman stated “Can I help you” as she was on her cell phone! Not even any eye contact made.

Disappointing

Liked: This hotel has changed alot in one year and not for the better. I had family in from Hawai'i and recommended they stay there and felt very bad because they were actually afraid to stay. I'm wondering if this has become a homeless voucher hotel??
Disliked: Front desk clerk upon check-in was rude. And then all 6 of us women were afraid to stay at the facility. Such a shame

Pleasant and close to Fairplex...

Liked: Close to food and the Fairplex.
Disliked: Our room had a strange set up. The bed was on an angle and sort of weird to watch tv, but it was comfortable
