Liked: The service. Front desk worker was amazing
Disliked: Rooms weren’t clean to standard.

Liked: The room was cleaner then others I've been in,and it was warm.
Disliked: Just wasn't the cleanest there was a cookie n the bathroom that just needed to be swept up.

Liked: How easy it was to get our money back.they must be used too people not wanting to stay there because they didn't even hesitate to refund our money.
Disliked: The place was disgusting..their idea of clean was terrible. They never changed the sheets from the people before. The bathroom wasn't clean and the room was not vacuumed. We didn't even stay there. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

nasty n horrible

Liked: that the lady helped me in a time of need but once i got a room realized they jus needed the money. freezing cold in the rooms hole in bathroom door stains on walls and beds. i only stayed 2 hours and left. wasn't comfortable at all.
Disliked: everything was nasty

Disliked: Everything! I want a refund! Dirty rooms! 1 room wasn't ready! Horrible stay! Sheets were stained. Beds were hard. Phones didn't work. Overall gross.

Liked: I wouldn't have a clue as to any of these questions or answers of course, considering I never tried to book, pay for n stay here.. However, I tried n tried n tried to reach someone...ANYONE at the property all to realize there wasn't a phone nu.ber to this place n everything on the web page seemed sketchy and was by far not a choice for me. I was in fact charged for the nights stay. Never did c the place anywhere n I'm quite upset over getting charged for staying at a hotel that doesn't exist in my opinion n experience. I want this issue resolved ASAP plz. I can't afford it n even if I could..I don't appreciate FRAUDULENT CHARGES!! LETS GO AHEAD N MAKE THIS RIGHT PLZ..HOPEFULLY THIS GETS RESOLVED. THANK YOU
