Horrible!!!
Disliked: The customer service was horrible , if your black excpecially a black couple do not come to this location. I was racially profiled & horribly treated while trying to check in my room that they tried to double charge me for.

Disappointing
Liked: The price and location
Disliked: The service and the cleanliness. When we arrived at the hotel, the concierge was not at the counter. When he finally came to the counter, he gave us the wrong room number and we had to go back to get the right one. Then, the bathroom door was locked and the broken. We asked for a non smoking room but the smell was strong and the concierge said he didn’t feel anything because he smokes. Although, he wanted to apologize and gave us some snacks and water bottles, the stay was not good. I don’t think we will be booking this place again.

Disgusting
Liked: Filthy property booked a nonsmoking room and was given a room where it smelled like cigarettes. There were burn holes in the comforter and an ashtray and the general manager, Chris said his new housekeeper made a mistake by putting the ashtray in the nonsmoking room. My question is, why was there several burn holes in the comforter if this was indeed a nonsmoking room. He responded by saying this isn’t the Marriot. Horrible experience horrible customer service horrible altogether.
