Liked: I would love to tell you about your clerk who judged myself and the person I rented the room for. Long story short, the guest had slept outside for 3 days. He was tired, cold and needed shelter. I, who paid for the room, had been worried to death about him. Your employee sent an facebook message to a friend of mine talking about how strung out we looked. I would love to see her outside in the freezing cold for 3 days and she how she looks. If she was the face for your hotel, I would NEVER use your hotel again..i suggest she watch who she spreads gossip to.

Disliked: They lied about the security deposit I called and spoke to the staff at the property they said I could pay in cash and once I got there I had to put the deposit on my card I wouldn’t have repaid for the room if was told the correct information

Won’t B back. Not happy...

Disliked: We were in 117. The folks next to us smoked & smoke seeped under inside door. We don’t smoke.Thought NO smoking! Even had to initial a form saying , U cannot smoke. Hmm! Could hear them having sex & their TV.No coffee! No donuts, Nothing!
