You get what you pay...
Liked: Room was a reasonable price for a 1 night stay.
Disliked: Bed was so hard it felt like we were just sleeping on a box spring. The breakfast that they had out had already been picked through. Crumbs all over the counters. They could at least restocked items and kept it clean until breakfast was over.

Liked: Nothing. Worse customer service ever. Alex was rude and unprofessional
Disliked: When entering the room, it looked clean, but upon further inspection, we found that it was infested with roaches. We notified the front, which in turn gave us a different room in a different section of the hotel, and that room also had roaches. Pictures were shown to the clerk, he refused to take responsibility and kept saying that he couldn't see a reason to refund my money. He was very rude and kept saying he couldn't do anything

Disliked: Having to pay the $50 hold, when we have stayed at this hotel several times.

Unsafe
Disliked: There are long term residents living in the building who harassed and threatened us in the parking lot. The exterior entryway was left permanently unlocked. There was a keypad beside it but the door was just left open. The fire alarm went off at 2:00 am. We spoke to the fire department who said this has happened before and could potentially go on all night. We spoke to the owner who refused to turn the alarm off until the alarm company showed up which took hours. We got no rest and decided to leave at 4:00 am.
