Liked: The location was nice
Disliked: The manager was extremely rude. Refused my father’s service dog even though the hotel says pet friendly and says service dogs are free as they are working. The manager threw a fit and embarrassed us in the hotel lobby in front of other guests and after the situation she still continued to talk to other guests and staff about the situation which was very unprofessional. We will never be back to this location. The rooms stink very bad and just were in clean the way they should have been. Very disappointed totally ruined our trip to see my grandfather.

Liked: The air conditioning unit worked great and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: We ended up killing 3 roaches in our room. You could see the roach marks on the outlets so you know they have had issues with the bugs for awhile. The bathroom was the cleanest.
