Liked: The front desk staff were pleasant
Disliked: We arrived late and tired. There was no hot water in the sink or shower. Minimal cleaning had been done. Example, floors had not been mopped, the phone was covered in dust dirt, and hair and didn't work. The beds were made and clean towels were supplied and they called that good enough. We switched rooms. The key card didn't work. Another trip back to the office. The new room's curtains were falling down and hot water in shower only. Not in sink. Ugh. Worst experience. And they had received good reviews on bookings?

Liked: Room was clean and bed comfortable. Hot water was plentiful.
Disliked: Toilet in Room 121 was not functioning properly as water continued to run.
