Liked: Very clean and the personal that works there is very friendly nice place

Not bad for price

Liked: Convenient location right off the highway and only 10 minutes from downtown. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
Disliked: The bathroom door did not stay shut and you could not lock it. You have to pay a $100 security deposit upon check in, was not aware of this prior to arrival. You have to have photo IDs for every adult staying in room. Luckily my kids all brought theirs with them.

Disliked: When I went to check out my refund could not be refunded back to my card.There should have been no issue because it's a Mastercard.When I called my card they also stated there was no issue.Called back the hotel and they won't release the money to my card they have to send me a check.That is bull#%$!!!! The money was taken off the card and it should have been put right back. No reason why I have to wait for a check.I didn't make the hotel wait for the money why should I. Very poor customer service even from the manager
