Requested an accessible room

Disliked: We reserved an accessible room. The only thing accessible about it was the bathroom. There were two queen beds but they were so close together it was not possible to get a wheelchair or walker between them. There were no controls for lamps within reach of the bed when laying down. And the room was the very farthest room at the end of a very long hallway.

Liked: Checkin checkout fast and very friendly. Location and price good for surgery day. Came down 1day early due to weather. Rm was clean and warm.
