Liked: There was no breakfast. Office was locked,no staff was there to take key or serve breakfast. Room wasn't clean, 1 towel ,and wash cloth,and wash cloth was dirty.Not happy at all
Disliked: The fact you advertise and offer a free breakfast and your staff is too lazy to be up and on the property to accommodate this

Liked: No crib when it was in my reservation... Not clean rooms.... Staff was very rude ... Shitty breakfast... Poor cleanliness all around ! Rooms stunk like mold and hookers !

Nothing special.

Liked: Location was good for our work trip in Portsmouth, OH. Nothing special but provided my coworker and I a place to bed down for the night with Restuarant's nearby.
Disliked: Booked thru the booking app. Clerk demanded I pay a secondary deposit for the night when I already paid thru the Booking app. Price was advertised as 50-60 dollars a night. Once I picked the room price went up to 80 dollars a night. misleading advertising.

Disliked: Bed bugs broken toilet

Liked: The room was reasonably clean.
Disliked: We booked a room for three adults and there were only two towels and no hand soap at the soap dispenser by the sink. The front door was locked and after waiting outside for a while to get checked in a rather disgruntled man appeared from the upper level and complained that I rang the doorbell more than once when no one appeared.
