Disliked: Where my room was located every time someone left the back door or came in it slammed so loud in my room. When we woke up I Ran a bath. After it filled up and I came back into the room the water was a green/brown color… after turning the water off the water was way too hot for me to pull the plug. So the temperature had heated up wayyy too much from what I had left it when I adjusted the water temp.

Disappointing

Liked: All of the facilities were good. Ice machine is always great and snacks as well.
Disliked: the Pool was crowded and rules weren't enforced with peoples children. Only one elevator worked. Water was cut off part of the second night. Remotes to both TVs in each of the rooms didn't work. The alarm clock was broken. When we asked for pillows and blankets for our sofa bed we were told they don't give out extra. Which in fact wasn't extra, it was for our sofa bed. We eventually got an extra blanket. The sliding glass door to our room was bolted shut. It was disappointing. But we made the best of our time there.

Very poor

Liked: The hotel was clean, however very old.
Disliked: The toilet did not flush. I called and they came right away, then it did not flush again that morning. The comforter on the bed had stains and cigarette holes.

Was very very letdown all...

Liked: Rented three rooms for Tola three days each, which equals nine. Smoke alarms were disconnected no shampoo conditioner in the bath shower applicators it smelled felt very unsafe. Rain was leaking into my room ask for a floor pool side rooms. Got second floor. No clean towels the sheets on my bed were dirty asked for them to be changed. No one changed the sheets will not ever ever stay there again. Was also told we would get a discount for booking five rooms because of a wedding we were all attending.

Disliked: When we got here the person at the front was very disrespectful and poor communication told me and my friends that we can be refunded and leave and told us don’t dirty the room when we got to our room it was very dirty our tissue was shredded and there was beans in the dresser and pop in there.
