Disliked: The room smelled like mold and I instantly got a headache. We had to keep the door open for fresh air. We could not stay there.

Liked: The hotel itself was very nice! Clean room and large for a family to stay!
Disliked: The location was a little on the run down side - but not the hotel. It’s almost as if it didn’t belong in that area.

Disliked: Elevators didn’t work. Hotel is located in a bad area and there was drugs on the property.

Nothing like described

Liked: Nothing at all!
Disliked: It was supposed to be a queen suite. The beds were all full. There was a stove and sink and fridge but no cups or cooking utensils or pots. There was coffee and a coffee pot but not a cup for the coffee! No door in the suite room. So no privacy from the other room! The pillows were toddler size. We had to ASK for our suite box, it wasn't given at check in.
