The manager is absolutely wonderful....

Liked: They were very accommodating. The staff was wonderful and it was 3 miles away from where I was getting married.
Disliked: They didn’t seem to have enough bedding. They also did an empty the ashtray or keep up on housekeeping.

Disliked: Room wasn't cleaned there was a syringe on the floor in closet

Getting run down.

Liked: Staff trying to do their best with very limited resources.
Disliked: Management has decided to let this one go as they make enough money from the companies that house their workers here.

I would never stay again...

Liked: The proximety to UMass was good
Disliked: It was dingy, dirty , the tub needed to be maintained , it was stale smelling, the linens and towels had old stains The ice machine was broken with running water...

Would never stay at these...

Liked: Location was good. Parking was good.
Disliked: Mattress has sunken area where people slept. Tv did not work. Room had bad smell.

The room cost was $300.00...

Liked: Check in was very easy
Disliked: The key never worked to the room on your next entry. You had to go to the front desk to get your key updated everytime you went in. Train the staff to check your ID when updating your key. The room had lots of dust under all the furniture.
