Liked: The room was nice and comfortable, except the sheets were not changed.
Disliked: The sheets were not changed and there was a long black hair, like someone else had slept there before us.

Rooms o.k for overnight stay

Liked: The sink was leaking and called downstairs They immediately gave us a different room.
Disliked: Should have been 2 of everything as far as soapAnd shampoo. The beds can be alittle more softer.

You Need Some New Employees!!!

Liked: The room room was big enough for me to get around. Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I left some jewelry there by mistake. I called within hours. Only people in room after me was cleaning people. They are the only ones who could have taken it was not turned in. Manager was so rude, telling me I couldn't blame anyone. Hung up on me 2x and than would not answer the phone. This is behavior works for you. I just spent 14 out of the last 39 days at your motel. There was no reason for her behavior. She knows who cleaned the room and who pocketed my jewelry. 3 bracelets and 2 pairs of earrings. I just think it's a shitty way of doing business. What do you think? This is how disabled guests are treated. Awful 😖!!
