My stay was okay. Only...

Liked: The location was good and the room was a nice size for the prices online.
Disliked: The staff was rude and trying to make things complicated for the room, gave me the run around and kept adding extra fees after the room was bought telling us I couldn’t pay cash or give a cash deposit that everything had to be put on my card before I could check into a room I already paid for.

Very nice staff, so so...

Liked: Both of the staff members I interacted with were very nice, welcoming and did their best to accommodate us. Our room was missing the coffee maker and the woman who checked us in found one and brought it to our door, which was very nice (it was like -6 F degrees that day).
Disliked: No breakfast, did not appreciate having to pay a deposit and then wait to get it back (if I get it back, it's been several days and I still don't have a credit on my debit card)
