Disliked: It seemed like this place was close to the airport when I booked it. It is not! Also (and this is my own mistake) I booked through Booking.com and when I noticed the distance problem, it was too late to cancel the reservation.

Disliked: I paid extra twenty five dollars for an early check in due to traveling, and they told me the room would be cleaned prior to arriving. Come to find the room was exactly how the previous patron left it. Very dissapointing for me to walk into that. After they insisted it would be ready for me

Disliked: We reserved a room with a king size bed. Went to check in and the clerk tried to get us to take 2 double beds. We said no. He gave us 2 bottles of water for inconvenience, woo hoo. There was some type of stain on comforter. At least the sheets smelt like bleach so we assumed they were clean. No Kleenex or hair dryer available. Had difficulty getting air conditioner at a comfortable setting.

Disappointing
