Liked: I didn’t stay. Canceled due to unacceptable rooms. The counter woman was very embarrassed and did her best to help us. It was just too much.
Disliked: Tried 3 rooms during attempt to check in. First room had occupants in it!! The occupancy files showed vacant but we walked in on occupants. Second room had not been cleaned yet despite showing available - cockroach included in bathroom !! Third room had mold dripping from picture. We left and didn’t stay night. Asked for refund. I have not received it yet as hotel says Booking.com needs to provide it. I can’t get them to answer!

Dissatisfied With My Stay

Liked: I like the fact that the area the hotel is located in is decent. There are several businesses that surround the hotel like for example, restaurants, gas stations, a nearby neighborhood Walmart, nearby shopping areas, etc
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that one of the front desk representatives gave me an unprofessional attitude when I asked to speak to a manager about an issue with my stay. However, management was later on notified and was fully aware of the issue AND the unprofessionalism behavior from the front desk clerk. Also, there were dogs barking in the hotel late nights/early mornings waking people up. Dogs feces outside on the ground in walking areas. Last but certainly not least, there was a strong aroma of marijuana lingering down the hallways of the 2nd floor where I was placed in a room. This whole entire week of stay at this hotel facility was a disaster.

Liked: Thanks for costing me $13 more for the room than I would have paid had I booked through the Red Roof site.
Disliked: I didn't get the best price. I didn't get an ARP discount that I would get through the Red Roof site. At least I know where not to book next time.
