I was charged for damages...

Liked: I extended my stay a second day and tried to call the front desk the line stayed busy for over an hour. I walked to the desk and confirmed my stay. The cleaners walked in on me getting out of the shower, again while I was sleeping, and a third time when I was on the phone
Disliked: The cleaning crew nobody understands English it’s not the first time I have been walked in on while staying there

Liked: There was nothing I liked about the hotel. We would NEVER stay here again.
Disliked: It was disgusting. The cleanliness was poor. The toilet has brown sludge in it from not being properly cleaned; the floors were dirty; the sheets had stains on them; there was a weird odour in the room when we arrived that smelt like mould; no hot water; and there were bugs! When I spoke to the rep at the front, he just shrugged his shoulders.

Disliked: Filthiest room I e ever had to stay in. The room smelled horrible. Stains on the bedspreads, holes in the wall, something was peeling off of the refrigerator, which was dirty and scummy inside, the remote was duct taped together. we didn’t feel safe, slept in our clothes. There were loud groups of people walking by our room and yelling to each other at 4 am, my husband saw what looked to be a group of hookers at the far end of our building waiting outside of a room, smoking.

Disliked: There is a big gap in the door and the wind made the room cold.
