Disliked: The rooms had an odor about them that wasn't pleasant. And the desk clerk booked me into a room that someone was already in. I had to go back to the desk and get another room. Not what I originally booked.

The staff is what makes...

Liked: It was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in, in a long time. They did have a nice coffee bar all day long and it was fresh and hot in the morning. Bridget, the front desk clerk, was super. We didn’t know how to make the TV work and she came to our room and showed us how.
Disliked: No breakfast, but I knew that and took the cleanliness over food. It would have been nice to have a plastic bag for our dirty laundry and a tray or something in the room to make my coffee on (my husband brought the coffee back to the room). I had to mix the cream and sugar on the furniture. These things are definitely not deal breakers. If we would have these things I think this hotel would have been PERFECT.
