Liked: Lady at front desk when checking in was absolutely the best. When we had problems with the TV she cheerfully took care of it immediately. She is a great asset to the Red Roof Inn. She would be the main reason to return.

Liked: the price was great, most employees were friendly. the beds were alright a little uncomfortable but oh well. the sheets were old definitely need to replace. the place is not bad just a little old

Liked: Not an accessible room as booked.
Disliked: I booked an accessible room through you. When I got there I was told that booking.com overbooked and there wasn’t an accessible room available. My husband is in a wheelchair and it made our stay uncomfortable. That should never have happened!!!!

Disliked: Place needs a makeover..Light bulbs out..bugs in the room...and very noisy neighbors which the front desk did nothing to change made for a very unpleasant stay.
