Decent hotel at a decent...

Liked: It had a single cup coffee maker in the room with good coffee. The parking lot was gated where my room was. Nice and clean. They were painting the outside of the building when I was there. The location was perfect for where I needed to be.
Disliked: I can't think of anything.

Bad

Liked: Worse service ever I will never pay my money again you put your do not disturb sign on the door they t still try to walk in your room it was terrible it was so bad I checked out a day early

Liked: Competent, helpful, and friendly staff accommodated a last minute then extended booking with ease. Hats off to the Franchisee/management of this property.
Disliked: A flaw in the original construction of the handicap-accessible shore stall had the drain at the top of the slightly sloped floor, resulting in water puddling outside the stall, which required a soaking a bath towel to keep the floor safe.

Liked: They create reasons to keep your deposit. They used to have someone go check your room and count the towels. Now they just create reasons. Like damage to the TV.. knowing full well aware that TV has nothing to do w me. Just as the light fixture over the vanity hanging when I walked in hand nothing to do w me. As was the refrigerator shelf that was laying on the floor when I checked in. As the no light bulbs in any fixture except 1 by the left side of bed. I also had nothing to do with years of wear and tear on the mini microwave causing bare metal inside the microwave sparking. I could go on and on with this place and the family who runs it. When they decided to keep my deposit after telling me the room was never paid for it was online q a 3rd party that's not us we didn't get anything showing you paid so you pay again and because after check out you must check out and check back in but it's late so we keep the deposit. Bottom line they want me to fork out 150$ for a $40 room. Mf'a if you need the money that bad then you go ahead and keep it. Choke on it. Good luck w your mf pit of hell there!!
Disliked: Them trying to con me. Making up lies to their benefit them knowing fully it is untrue and impossible.
