Disliked: Our phone didn’t work, we requested a crib and never got one, breakfast was supposed to be included and there was no breakfast. Went to the front to ask about it and no one was there.

Liked: The room was very clean. I had to find a place asap for a couple nights with my pomeranian pooch. Having the sliding doors to go right outside was great for dog especially wen it started raining. The price wad very good. The staff was very helpful and nice except for one.
Disliked: Problems witj the website and booking not going thru which annoyed one staff member. So much that i was afraid to mention the ten percent discount for senior s, dont advertise if you dont want to honor it
